Andres is
answering the call to serve his community and use his extensive legal and
public service experience as judge for the people of Harris County, Texas.
Before
opening his own firm, Andres worked as an attorney for 12 years with Fleming
& Associates, LLP, a nationally known litigation firm. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Texas Trial
Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
He serves on the board of Texans
Together, a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to increasing civic
participation through education and advocacy.
Andres is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and
South Texas College of Law. Andres is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Texas
Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
