Victory Fund endorses Steve Pougnet for Congress

The Victory Fund has endorsed Palm Springs, Calif. Mayor Steve Pougnet in his bid for Congress.  He is among 15 new endorsements made in June, bringing the yearly total to 55 endorsed candidates.
