Introducing BREAKthrough: The Victory Fund Podcast


You already know Victory Fund’s success in electing LGBT candidates on the local, state and federal level. Now, get to know the elected officials benefiting from your support as they engage in lively, entertaining conversations with acclaimed actors from television and film who first played gay characters on the stage and screen.

Victory Fund is proud to premiere the BREAKthrough podcast series with a gripping and revealing chat between actor Martin Sheen, discussing his role as a gay man in the 1972 ABC television movie, That Certain Summer with New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn. Future guest lineups include groundbreaking character actor Joe Pantoliano (The Sopranos) and Providence, RI Mayor David Ciccilline, and Barbara Garrick of PBS’s controversial Tales of the City miniseries in conversation with Missouri State Senator Jolie Justus.
