Lesbian set to become Ohio's first out legislator

Oklahoma County Commissioner Jim Roth was recently appointed to the prestigious Oklahoma Corporation Commission by Governor Brad Henry.  This appointment is one of the most significant political appointments achieved by a member of the LGBT community anywhere in the United States.
