Candidate Application
The Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund requires that all candidate applications for local, municipal or county office be submitted a minimum of 45 days before the first election date. Similarly, the Victory Fund requires that all candidate applications for state or federal office be submitted a minimum of 60 days before the first election date. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, the Victory Fund may agree to expedite an application and disregard the mandatory deadlines.
